Booking

All of our apartments are booked through Airbnb. Each apartment's Airbnb listing shows live availability, the full price including cleaning fees, and the cancellation policy for your dates before you book. Choose an apartment to get started.

House rules

• Check-in after 4:00 PM · checkout before 10:00 AM
• Maximum occupancy as listed per unit (3–4 guests)
• No parties or events; quiet hours out of respect for building neighbors
• No smoking anywhere on the property
• No pets (service animals always welcome)
• Children are welcome — units aren't baby-proofed, so please supervise
• Exterior security cameras are present on the property; carbon monoxide and smoke alarms in every unit

Good to know

• The Eldorado units are 3rd-floor walk-ups (3 flights of stairs).
• The Saran units are garden level (7 steps down).
• Free onsite parking with one level-2 EV charger at each building.
• Booking both Saran units gives your group the entire floor.
